Quality: Our determination

Since its creation, the Wesco brand is known for its quality and commitment.  It is thanks to this reputation that we have built a relationship of trust with the childcare professionals.

Quality Checks

Due to the fact that our products are designed to be used by children in school or pre-school institutions, they must be created in accordance with very strict demands concerning quality and safety.

Our quality department ensures that each new product meets Wesco’s specifications.

Wesco’s specifications are a set of clear rules which guarantee the following:
- Top Class quality
- Product sturdiness with a view to intensive use
- Compliance with the standards
- Optimal safety for users.

Apart from the initial checks on new products, each year the Quality Department carries out spot-checks on deliveries from suppliers, and on our production sites.

Quality Assurance

The Wesco group employs a stringent set of rules and regulations to ensure consistency and quality of all products and services marketed by Wesco.

Traceability

All products with the Wesco brand name are identified by batch/serial number and by date codes. Therefore, they can be easily traced and isolated in the case of an anomaly or production defect.
As soon as a series of items is deemed as non-compliant by the Quality departement, they are withdrawn, destroyed or recalled.
